I was just reading Glamour and an editor, who supposedly knows of these things, wrote that it was okay to wear open toed shoes with tights/stockings. As long as the toe seam doesn't show.
Well, call me old school, but I could never do this. When I see women wearing open toed shoes with tights/stockings I always think the person was cold, put on the stockings, then decided she was feeling summery, and put on the open toed shoes.
Am I crazy? It looks like a little girl playing dress up!
